Account details — your name and email address when you register, so we can attribute submissions, reviews and favourites to you.
Submitted content — business listings, event listings, photos, ratings and reviews you send us for publication.
Enquiries — name, business name, phone number, email and message when you contact us about advertising.
Technical data — anonymous usage and device information used to keep the site fast and to spot abuse.

How we use it

To publish and moderate directory listings, events and reviews.
To reply to advertising enquiries and support requests.
To keep accounts secure and prevent spam and fraudulent listings.

We do not sell your personal data. Published listings and approved reviews are public by design, including your display name next to a review.

Storage and processors

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit. Listing photos are held in private storage and served through short-lived signed links. Our processors handle hosting, database, authentication and email delivery only.

Retention

Account and listing data is kept while your account is active. Rejected submissions and advertising enquiries are kept for up to 24 months for record-keeping, then deleted.

Your choices

Access, correct or delete your account and submissions from your dashboard.
Ask us to remove a review or listing you own.
Withdraw optional cookie consent at any time from the cookie notice.

Children

Ahmedabad Hub is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the "last updated" date above.
