Accounts

You need an account to submit listings, events or reviews. Keep your login details secure and give accurate information. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Listings and events

Only submit businesses and events you are authorised to represent.
Details must be accurate: name, address, hours, contact and pricing.
Every submission is reviewed by our team before it publishes, and may be rejected.
We may edit listings for clarity, formatting or category accuracy.

Reviews

Review only places you have genuinely visited or dealt with.
Star ratings publish immediately; written reviews are held for moderation before they appear.
No abuse, discrimination, personal data, spam, or reviews written in exchange for payment. We remove reviews that break these rules.

Advertising and featured placements

Featured and banner placements are clearly labelled as sponsored. Placements run for the dates agreed in writing and are not sold through this website; nothing on the advertise page is an offer of contract.

Content you submit

You keep ownership of your content and grant us a non-exclusive licence to display, resize and distribute it on Ahmedabad Hub and in related promotion. Don't upload anything you don't have rights to.

Accuracy and liability

Directory information changes constantly, so we can't guarantee that hours, prices or contact details are current. Please confirm with the business. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the directory.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
